In the Research Bay you research and improve permanent benefits that work on top of the Dark Matter upgrades, and unlock new technologies, that can be very useful in tough boss fights!
The Research Bay consists of 3 branches, each of them with a specific importance:
- Offense Branch: Improve the strength of your ship and blast away enemies much quicker!
- Defense Branch: Improve your stamina and hold up your shields better against enemies!
- Leadership Branch: Step up your space-diplomatics!
Each branch consists of 3 tiers. Each tier requires a different mineral in order to get researched. Read more about minerals here.
Researching takes time! A research can be sped up by either watching ads, shortening the research time for 30 mins, or by using crystals, instantly finishing the research!
When a research has less than 10 minutes left, it can be finished for free.
The Research Bay is unlocked after the first Dimension Jump.
